Do you provide International Shipping?

Sorry, at this time we do not offer international shipping. 


What is your returns policy? 

No Refunds. Exchange only, Owner must approve all returns. Please email info@shopwednesdaynight.com prior to returning an exchange. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees

What are your delivery options?

 Standard shipping is 2-5 business days. 

We offer also overnight shipping and local delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us for these option

How long does an order take to process?

Orders ship out within 72 hours from the order time. However, some orders may take an additional 48 hours to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an addition 48 hours to process.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order unless order is already shipped. Editing is approved based on inventory availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped immediately and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling or emailing as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase. 

I have more than one coupon codes, can I combine them? 

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.

What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.

How do I track my package?

Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

I placed my order, why I haven’t received a confirmation email?

You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam. If you still don’t see your confirmation email, please reach out to us

What if my card is declining? 

Check the billing information you’re entering and be sure it matches what you have on file with your bank. If the funds have come out of your account and your order has not been completed, please contact your bank and they’ll reverse the transaction as it has not been completed on our end. If you keep running into an issue, checkout with PayPal for faster checkout.
